NPosition: Sales & Marketing Engineer NLocation: Pune NExperience: 2–6 Years NQualification: B.E./B.Tech. – Chemical / Mechanical / Biotech / Instrumentation NRolenResponsible for business development, customer engagement and sales of process equipment, skids and turnkey EPC solutions for API, Biotech, Specialty Chemical and Nutraceutical industries. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Identify current customers,projects and business opportunities. N Develop and maintain relationships with key industry customers. N Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Process, Engineering and Proposal teams for technical-commercial solutions. N Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and commercial negotiations. N Conduct customer meetings, presentations, site visits and technical discussions.



N Develop sales pipeline and ensure systematic follow-up from enquiry to order closure. N Participate in exhibitions, conferences and other marketing activities. N Monitor market trends, competitors and new business opportunities. N Achieve assigned sales and order booking targets. NnPreferred Exposure NExperience in process equipment, skids, turnkey projects, process plants, distillation, solvent recovery, biotech/API or chemical industries will be preferred. NKey Skillsnn Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. N Technical understandingwith commercial orientation. N Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
