Job DescriptionRole Overview NnWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Salesforce with 7+ years of experience to lead and manage large-scale Salesforce initiatives. The role involves end-to-end ownership of Salesforce-based Loan Origination System (LOS) programs, driving delivery, stakeholder alignment, and business outcomes in the Vehicle Finance domain. NnKeyResponsibilities NnProgram / Project Delivery Nnn Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. N Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource planning. N Ensure timely and high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. NnnSalesforce Implementation Oversight Nnn Oversee Salesforce LOS implementation including workflows, approvals, integrations, and reporting. N Ensure alignment with business processes such as lead management, credit evaluation, sanctioning, and disbursement stages. NnnStakeholder & Vendor Management Nnn Coordinate with Business, Credit, Operations, IT, Product, Risk, and Compliance teams. N Manage external vendors/ SI partners for development and support activities. N Drive governance forums, status reporting, and steering committee updates. NnnDomain Leadership – Vehicle Finance Nnn Drive implementation of vehicle finance journeys (2W, PV, CV, CE, Tractor) on Salesforce. N Ensure alignment with end-to-end LOS lifecycle including sourcing, underwriting, approval, and disbursement processes. Nn nRisk, Compliance & Governance Nnn Ensure adherence to regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements. N Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks. N Maintain proper documentation, audit trails, and control frameworks. NnnProcess Optimization & Transformation Nnn Drive initiatives to improve TAT, customer experience, and operational efficiency. N Lead transformation initiatives such as automation,



integration enhancements, and cross-sell enablement. NnnTesting & Release Governance Nnn Oversee SIT/UAT cycles, release planning, and production deployment. N Ensure defect closure, stability, and user adoption post go-live.
