The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing projects from concept to final delivery, with a strong understanding of both production and post-production workflows. N nKey Responsibilities N nProduction & Post-Production N n* Assist in planning and executing video projects from concept to final delivery. N* Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content ideas, scripts, and shot plans. N* Support on-set production to ensure smooth execution and maintain creative quality. N* Edit long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, performance marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms. N* Craft compelling stories through pacing, music, sound design, motion graphics, and visual storytelling. N* Perform color correction, basic color grading, audio cleanup, and final exports. N* Organize and manage footage, project assets, and editing timelines to maintain an productive post-production workflow. N* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. N nRequirementsn n* 2–3 years of experience in video production, editing, or digital content creation. N* Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. N* Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and the Adobe Creative Suite. N* Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and content optimized for digital platforms. N* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. N* Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. N* Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (e.G., ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Higgsfield, or similar) is a plus.
