Job Description Job Description N n Position: Transformation Project Manager N n Position Reports to: Head of PMO – Global Operations N n Department: Global Operations N n Location: Bangalore, India N n Role Summary NLifeStyles Healthcare is seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic infrastructure, manufacturing, equipment, and environmental sustainability projects across its global manufacturing network. N nThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex capital projects involving plant infrastructure upgrades, machinery installation and commissioning, manufacturing expansion initiatives, environmental compliance projects, and operational transformation programmes. N nThis role requires close collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, and Global Project teams to ensure successful project delivery across multiple sites and regions. N nThe ideal candidate will have significant experience within Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Healthcare, or other regulated manufacturing industries , with a proven track record of delivering large-scale engineering and operational transformation projects. N n Key Responsibilities N Project Leadership Nn Lead end-to-end execution of infrastructure, equipment, and manufacturing transformation projects. N Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, quality requirements, and resource allocation. N Ensure project deliveryaligns with business objectives, regulatory standards, and operational requirements. N Drive project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement activities. Nn n Infrastructure & Capital Projects Nn Manage facility expansion, plant upgrades, utilities enhancement, and manufacturing infrastructure projects. N Oversee installation, relocation, commissioning, and validation of manufacturing equipment and machinery. N Coordinate with engineering contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams. N Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements throughout project execution. Nn n Machinery &Manufacturing; Projects Nn Lead projects related to manufacturing equipment upgrades, automation, production capacity expansion, and process improvement. N Support machinery selection, procurement, FAT/SAT activities, qualification, and operational readiness. N Partner with Operationsand Engineering teams to ensure seamless project implementation. Nn n Workplace& Sustainability Projects Nn Drive environmental improvement initiatives including energy optimisation, water conservation, waste reduction, and sustainability programmes. N Support projects involving environmental compliance, ESG goals, and operational efficiency improvements. N Collaborate with EHS teams to ensure adherence to environmental regulations and company standards. Nn n Global Program Coordination Nn Coordinate project activities across multiple sites and regions.



N Manage project interdependencies and ensure alignment with the global transformation roadmap. N Prepare project updates, KPI reporting, and executive-level presentations. N Participate in steeringcommittee meetings and project governance reviews. Nn n Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement Nn Support business readiness and change management activities. N Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external consultants, contractors, and suppliers. N Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Nn n Qualification & Experience N Required n N Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline. N 7-12+ years of project management experience within Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Healthcare Manufacturing, or other regulated manufacturing industries. N Proven experience managing: N Manufacturing infrastructure projects N Capital expenditure (Capex) projects N Equipment installation and commissioning N Plant expansion and facility upgrade projects N Environmental or sustainability improvement initiatives N Strong understanding ofmanufacturing operations and engineering project delivery. N Experience coordinatingcross-functional teams in multi-site environments. N Excellent stakeholder management, planning, budgeting, and execution skills. Nn n Preferred Nn Experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, or GMP-regulated manufacturing environments. N Experience managing machinery procurement, installation, validation, and operational handover. N Exposure to cleanroom, utilities, facility engineering, or manufacturing infrastructure projects. N Knowledge of environmental compliance, sustainability programmes, and EHS requirements. N PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification. N Experience managing global or multi-region projects.
