NKey Responsibilities Nn Engage with existing customers to understand concerns and improve retention. N Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience. N Handle cancellation andrefund requests while identifying opportunities for customer retention. N Analyze customer feedback and recommend solutions to improve customer satisfaction. N Conduct follow-up callsand emails to maintain customer engagement. N Collaborate with sales,operations,



and support teams to address customer issues. N Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and retention activities. N Meet retention, renewal, and customer satisfaction targets. NnRequirements Nn 1–3 years of experience in Retention, Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Management, or a similar role. N Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. N Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. N Ability to handle customer objections and resolve concerns effectively. N Comfortable working in the US Shift (Night Shift). N Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. N Bachelor‘s degree in any discipline preferred. NnPreferred Skills Nn Customer-first approach with strong interpersonal skills.
