Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Internal Sailing Auditor & Trainer to join our HSEQ team. N n Role Overview: NIf you believe audits arenot just about checklists but about people, behaviours, and learning, this role is for you. N nAs an Auditor & Trainer he/she will sail with our vessels and impart training on board while engaging with ship staff and actively contribute to raising safety standards onboard. N nYou’ll play a visible,hands-on role—conducting audits, facilitating safety conversations, and converting findings into meaningful improvements. N nThis is a frontline HSEQ role, where your sea experience, judgement, and communication skills will directly influence onboard safety culture. N n Key Responsibilities Nn Carry out ISM, ISPS, navigation, cargo, mooring audits, safety inspections N Deliver onboard safety training to ship staff N Assist in Right Ship, PSC inspection preparation N Carry out incident investigations and follow-up actions where needed N Conduct audits at company offices and third-party sites,
