This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, owns contracts end-to-end, and thinks commercially while managing legal risk. N nWhat You’ll Don
- Draft, review, and negotiate global commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor, SaaS, licensing, and partnership contracts). N
- Support sales, procurement, and business teams with practical legal advice and quick turnarounds. N
- Drive contract negotiations with US and global stakeholders. N
- Identify legal and commercial risks and suggest business-friendly solutions. N
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable US/global laws. N




- Support audits, disputemanagement, and work with external counsel when needed. N
- Help build and improve legal templates, playbooks, and processes. N nWhat We’re Looking For N
- Law graduate (LLB); LLM is a plus. N
- 3–4 years of experiencein in-house legal or a law firm with strong commercial contracts exposure. N
- Hands-on experience with global / US-focused agreements (mandatory). N
- Strong understanding ofcommercials, negotiations, and risk allocation. N
- Comfortable working independently during US business hours. N
- Clear communicator witha practical, problem-solving mindset. N nMust-Haven
- Willingness to work from the Mumbai office during US shift hours. N
