This role combines individual technical ownership with mentoring responsibilities, acting as the project‘s Application Lead. NKey Responsibilities N
- Estimate, design, customize, and develop customer-specific D365 F&O; solutions N
- Work closely with Functional Consultants to design technical solutions N
- Review and create Technical Design Documents (TDDs) to a high quality standard N
- Own system upgrades, Life Cycle Services (LCS), code deployment, merging, and system optimizations N
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of System Administration, Security Roles, and AI-based predictive analytics for identifying system issues N
- Deliver and participatein client workshops; proactively gather business needs in collaboration with business leaders N
- Guide and mentor juniordevelopers N
- Contribute to pre-salestechnical questions and responses N
- Adhere to SDLC and Agile methodologies while preparing Technical Design Documents N




- Take full ownership of assigned tasks and adhere to project timelines NMandatory Skills & Experience N
- 8+ years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP technical domain N
- Deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations N
- Strong hands-on expertise in X++, C#, Visual Studio, and version control systems N
- Practical experience with CI/CD methodologies, ideally using Azure DevOps N
- Working knowledge of GitHub for code repository management N
- In-depth knowledge of D365 FO concepts: Extensions, Chain of Command (CoC), OData/Logic Apps integrations, AI-powered tools N
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Azure AI/Cognitive Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions) N
- Familiarity with Dataverse and Power Platform is advantageous N
- Capable of operating independently in a scope-based development model N
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English N
- Results-oriented, client-centric, with robust interpersonal and time-management skills NCertifications Required N
- Microsoft Certified: MB-200 N
- Microsoft Certified: MB-300 N
- Microsoft Certified: MB-500 NEducation NGraduate or postgraduate in Computer Science Engineering or related specialization
