N* Perform machine setup, tool offset adjustments, and tool changes. N* Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy. N* Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, and Bore Gauge. N* Follow safety standardsand carry out routine machine maintenance. N nHMC Operator (Horizontal Machining Center) N* Set up and operate HMC machines for precision machining of metal components. N* Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets. N* Perform tool setting, offset corrections, and machine parameter adjustments. N* Inspect machined parts to ensure quality and accuracy. N* Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures. N nVMC Operator (VerticalMachining Center) N* Operate VMC machines toproduce components as per technical drawings. N* Perform machine setup, tool loading, and offset adjustments. N* Monitor machining processes and make necessary corrections. N* Check finished components using precision measuring instruments.
