Job Description Job Description: Senior Associate– SOX N Experience: 3–9 years N Industry: Manufacturing (Mandatory) N Background: Big 4 experience (Mandatory) N Shift Timings: 3:00pm to 12:00 am IST N Location: Gurugram/Mumbai N Role Overview NWe are seeking a high-performing Senior Associate / Assistant Manager with strong SOX and ICFR expertise, specifically within the manufacturing industry. The role requires hands-on experience in testing complex SOX areas, working independently with process owners, and delivering high-quality workpapers under tight timelines. NThe ideal candidate is analytically sharp, detail-oriented, and confident handling complex processes and judgments. N n Key Responsibilities Nn Perform end-to-end SOX testing (ToD & ToE) across business and IT-dependent controls N Independently test complex and judgmental areas, including but not limited to: N Inventory valuation & reserves N Standard costing & variance analysis N Revenue recognition (manufacturing-specific scenarios) N Fixed assets & capitalization N Journal entries and management review controls N Prepare and review SOX workpapers in line with PCAOB and Big 4 standards N Perform walkthroughs and control design assessments N Identify control gaps, deficiencies, and support remediation efforts N Coordinate directly with process owners, controllership,



and external auditors N Review junior team members’ work and provide on-the-job coaching N Support SOX scoping, risk assessment, and annual planning activities N Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and documentation requirements Nn n Required Skills & Experience Nn 3–9 years of experience in SOX / ICFR, preferably in a Big 4 environment N Mandatory experience inmanufacturing industry N Strong understanding ofCOSO framework N Proven experience testing complex SOX controls N Hands-on exposure to: N ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) N Data analytics–enabled testing (good to have) N Solid documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills N Ability to work independently with minimal supervision N Excellent communicationskills (written and verbal) Nn n Preferred Qualifications Nn CA / CPA / ACCA (or pursuing) N Experience working withUS-listed companies N Exposure to PCAOB audits N Prior client-facing or offshore–onsite coordination experience Nn What We’re Looking For Nn Someone who is technically strong, execution-focused, and audit-ready N Comfortable pushing back with facts and analysis N Able to handle pressure, complexity, and ambiguity N Quality-focused with a strong ownership mindset Nn
