This involves planning, executing, and controlling projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the defined scope. The role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of Oracle Unifier, and the ability to manage stakeholders and teams effectively. NKey Responsibilities: Nn Project Planning and Execution: NnDefining project scope, goals, and deliverables, developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and managing project execution. Nn Stakeholder Management: NnCollaborating withvarious stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors, to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Nn Resource Management: NnIdentifying and allocating the necessary resources, including personnel, budget, and other materials, to support project activities. Nn Risk Management: NnIdentifying potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies, and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle. Nn Oracle Unifier Expertise: NnPossessing a strong understanding of Oracle Unifier's functionalities, configuration,



and integration capabilities. Nn Team Leadership: NnLeading and motivating project teams, providing guidance and support, and fostering a collaborative environment. Nn Communication andReporting: NnProviding regular project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and visibility into project progress. Nn Testing and Quality Assurance: NnDefining and managing testing strategies, ensuring the quality of the implemented solution, and coordinating user acceptance testing. Nn Issue Resolution: NnIdentifying and resolving project-related issues and roadblocks, ensuring that the project stays on track. Nn Change Management: NnManaging changes to project scope, requirements, or timelines, ensuring that changes are properly documented and communicated. NQualifications: Nn Bachelor's degreein Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. N Proven experience as a project manager, with a focus on Oracle-based solutions. N Certified Oracle Project Manager (preferred). N Robust understanding ofOracle Unifier and its capabilities. N Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. N Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. N Proven track record of successful project delivery. N
