NMain Accountabilities NBrand Management Nn Ensure consistency of the company‘s brand identity across all communication channels. N Maintain and evolve brand guidelines. N Support product, corporate, and employer branding initiatives. NnCreative Design Leadership Nn Lead the design and creative development process. N Create impactful visualconcepts for events, exhibitions, websites, social media, and corporate communication. N Guide designers, photographers, and video partners. NnMarketing Communication Nn Design brochures,presentations, product catalogues, annual reports, and marketing collateral. N Develop creative assetsfor digital marketing campaigns. N Ensure all communication reflects the company‘s brand positioning. NnVideo & Multimedia Nn Oversee creation of corporate videos, product videos, and digital content. N Coordinate with production agencies for high-quality output. NnEmployer Branding Support Nn Work closely withHR and Talent Acquisition teams.



N Develop employer branding campaigns and recruitment marketing content. NnInnovation& Creative Excellence Nn Bring fresh creative ideas and industry best practices. N Monitor design trends and emerging communication formats. NnSkills Required Nn Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). N Creative storytelling and visual communication. N Branding and campaign development. N Presentation design. N Video content planning and direction. N Team leadership and stakeholder management. NnQualification Nn Degree or Diplomain Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field. NnExperience Nn 4-6 years of experience in graphic design, branding, and creative communication. N Experience handling corporate brands or large marketing campaigns. N Agency and corporate experience preferred. NnKey Success Measures Nn Brand consistencyacross platforms. N Quality and effectiveness of creative campaigns. N Internal stakeholder satisfaction.
