Job Description KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: N Description n N Provide administrative and executive support, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel coordination, and day-to-day office management. N Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, minutes of meetings (MoMs), and track action items to ensure timely follow-up and closure. N Coordinate with internal departments, faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and seamless execution of activities. N Draft professional correspondence, emails, presentations, reports, and other official documents. N Maintain confidential records, documents, and executive files with a high level of accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality. N Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, workshops, institutional events, and leadership engagements. N Support the creation and coordination of content for social media platforms. N Track assignments, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up and effective coordination across stakeholders.

Nn n Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills: Nn Positive verbal and written communication skills. N Strong interpersonal skills. N Positive understanding of social media platforms and content coordination. N Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. N Strong planning, coordination, multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills. N
