GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
The Talent Development Operations team is part of Global People Operations and supports the operational delivery of Talent Development services across learning deployment, onboarding, early careers, CPD administration, Workday Learning operations, reporting, process support and stakeholder coordination. The team enables Talent Development programmes and processes to run consistently, efficiently and at scale. It partners with Learning Development and Deployment COE teams, People Strategy, business learning teams, People Operations, HR IT, HR Service Center, Strada and internal and external partners. The Learning Deployment Specialist is responsible for the operational execution of global learning programmes, providing scalable, high-quality deployment support from the Global Capability Centre. The role supports the coordination, administration and delivery enablement of virtual and in-person learning programmes in partnership with regional Learning Deployment teams. This role operates as a back-office delivery function and supports Workday Learning administration, programme coordination, virtual session production, learner communications, mailbox management, reporting, survey administration, content maintenance and stakeholder support. The role helps ensure that deployment activities are delivered accurately, consistently and in line with agreed timelines and service expectations. The Learning Deployment Specialist partners with Senior Learning Deployment Specialists, regional Learning Deployment leads,
Learning Design teams, facilitators, faculty, vendors and learners to provide reliable operational support and ensure that learning programmes are set up, communicated, tracked and reported effectively.
The Learning Deployment Specialist provides back-office delivery support from the Global Capability Centre, helping ensure global and regional learning programmes are coordinated, administered and enabled effectively across virtual and in-person delivery formats.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The colleague is responsible for:
Learning operations and administration
- Manage Workday Learning administration, including course, session and campaign set-up, enrolment monitoring, attendance management and learning data clean-up.
- Monitor and update programme project plans, trackers, SharePoint sites and operational documentation to support accurate programme delivery.
- Maintain accurate programme records and ensure learning administration activities are completed in line with agreed process standards and timelines.
Programme coordination and virtual delivery support
- Coordinate the deployment of learning programmes across regions, ensuring key milestones, dependencies and learner communications are tracked and progressed.
- Produce and host virtual learning sessions using Microsoft Teams, including session set-up, technical support, attendance capture and post-session follow-up.
- Coordinate translation of learning materials where required and support the preparation and distribution of programme assets.
Logistics management for in-person programmes
- As required, support Senior Learning Deployment Specialists with logistics and in-person programme set-up, including venue coordination, materials preparation, learner lists, facilitator support and on-site readiness activities.
Communications and engagement
- Distribute programme communications, including invitations where appropriate, pre-work, post-session materials, learning newsletters and learner reminders
- Ensure communications are clear, timely, aligned to programme requirements and routed through the appropriate channels.
Mailbox and stakeholder support
- Monitor learning mailboxes, respond to learner and collaborator queries and advance issues where specialist input or decision-making is required.
- Provide timely and accurate operational support to collaborators, ensuring service expectations, dependencies and next steps are clearly communicated.
Reporting and data management
- Produce and administer pre-programme, post-programme and follow-up surveys to support learner feedback and programme evaluation.
- Deliver standard and ad hoc reporting, including quarterly and year-end learning hours, completions, attendance and programme status reporting.
Digital and content management
- Set up, maintain and update Learning SharePoint and Teams sites, ensuring content is accurate, up to date, accessible and aligned to programme needs.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :
- 2+ years of relevant experience in learning operations, learning deployment, HR operations, programme coordination, LMS administration or a related operational support role.
- Robust experience in Learning Operations, Learning Deployment, Workday Learning, LMS Administration, Programme Coordination, Virtual Delivery Support, Learning Communications, Reporting, Data Accuracy, Collaborator Support, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Service Delivery, Operational Excellence.
- Strong organisational and delivery coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and strong focus on data accuracy.
- Experience with Workday Learning or similar learning management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple programmes and tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative, service-oriented attitude and ability to work effectively with regional and global collaborators.
- Ability to host and produce learning sessions using Microsoft Teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and Teams.
