Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

JD:

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely completion and compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings and ensure work is executed accordingly.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, including progress, labor deployment, and materials consumption.
- Ensure materials delivered to the site conform to approved specifications.
- Liaise with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues at the site.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure health and safety protocols are strictly followed at the site.
- Assist in the preparation of site-level budgets, cost tracking, and material planning.
