Job description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Real Estate Project Analyst to evaluate potential redevelopment and current construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth feasibility studies, profitability assessments, and risk evaluations for real estate ventures to ensure they meet company goals and financial targets. This role plays a crucial part in providing key insights that influence decision-making for project approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze project proposals for new developments and redevelopment opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies, including market research, demand analysis, and cost estimations.
- Perform profitability analysis, including Return on Investment (ROI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Net Present Value (NPV)



calculations.
- Assess potential risks, regulatory compliance, and the financial viability of proposed projects.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and financial teams to gather relevant project data.
- Present findings and recommendations to the senior management team to support go/no-go decisions.
- Keep track of real estate market trends and provide regular reports on market conditions and investment opportunities.
- Monitor approved projects for financial performance during and after construction.
