We are seeking a skilled Piping Stress Engineer to join our team in Navi Mumbai, India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in piping stress analysis and design, with a focus on ensuring the integrity and reliability of piping systems in various industrial applications.

Responsibilities

- Conduct piping stress analysis using software tools such as CAESAR II, ANSYS, or similar.
- Develop and review piping design and analysis documents to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Evaluate thermal expansion, weight, and dynamic loads on piping systems.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve piping stress-related issues.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of piping specifications and design criteria.




- Provide technical support during construction and installation phases.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in piping stress analysis and design.
- Proficient in using CAESAR II, ANSYS, or equivalent stress analysis software.
- Strong knowledge of ASME B31.1, B31.3, and other relevant piping codes and standards.
- Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) methods.
- Familiarity with material properties and specifications relevant to piping systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
