Knowledge about Foreclosure process

- Robust communication skills and good interpersonal skills with an ability to understand the customer's problem and solve them.
- Initiating foreclosure procedure on default loans and completing the foreclosure as per the state requirements.
- Obtaining all the required Pre-Foreclosure notices and verifying the validity of the documents.
- Researching the title search documents obtained from county office records provided by searcher (Title Abstracter) to ensure that the property and the title do not have any issues in order to proceed with the foreclosure.
- Reviewing the borrower details in order to determine whether the borrower is falling under any state-regulated protections, which in turn will affect the Foreclosure.
- Ensuring regular compliance testing or auditing on internal mortgage processes.

Qualifications

- 5 to 8 years experience in voice / semi-voice Mortgage process
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English and a neutral accent
- Must have good analytical and cognitive skills
