Provide Back-Office support for Title Company and provide Title Search and Commitment report to the client.

- Ability to perform Title Search on Title plants such as Data Trace, Redvision, Tapestry, and Netronline.
- Ability to read search documents and paraphrase/align title and other title commitment-related matters.
- Work with closing coordinators to revise Title Commitments as needed.
- Review residential/commercial title search materials and create title reports and commitments based on Title Search information.
- Manage and maintain assigned title files in compliance with process guidelines.
- Maintain strong team alliance/ability to work with co-workers to meet and achieve team and department goals.
- Should be capable of producing error-free work consistently.
- Ability to discern matters that require escalation to a supervisor.
- Timely completion of all work assignments and projects.

Required Skills:

- The ideal candidate will need to have a minimum of 3+ years of US Residential/Commercial Title Search and Examination experience in a multi-state fast-paced high-volume work environment.
- The candidate should have valuable verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, and demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous work priorities.
- Familiarity with title production applications such as Resware and Title Plants like DataTrace, Redvision, Tapestry, and Netronline.
- Mandatory minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 100% accuracy.
- Flexible to work in any shift. Position is primarily for night shift.
