· The company is now making a focused investment towards strengthening its Cyber Security Practice through deeper OEM partnerships, specialist resources, consulting capabilities and integrated Infrastructure + Cloud + Security propositions.

· Tech9Labs is looking for an experienced BDM – Cyber Security from the System Integration / Enterprise IT / Cyber Security ecosystem.

Ideal Candidate:

· A true enterprise hunter who can convert conversations into opportunities and opportunities into customers.

· We are looking for candidates who can create opportunities, not merely respond to them.

· This is predominantly a hunting and new-business acquisition role.

· The candidate should have demonstrated capability to independently enter new enterprise accounts, engage senior IT/ Security stakeholders and create qualified opportunities through consultative conversations even where no active RFQ or formally identified requirement exists.

Key Requirements

× Strong new-logo hunting and enterprise business-development capability





× Ability to independently identify and open target enterprise accounts

× Existing CIO/CISO/CTO/IT/Security leadership connects will be advantageous

× Strong customer discovery and consultative selling capability

× Ability to uncover latent customer requirements and convert them into qualified opportunities

× Good understanding of Cyber Security technologies at a commercial sales level

× Ability to understand broader Infrastructure, Cloud and Security conversations

× Strong OEM relationships across leading Cyber Security vendors

× Experience working jointly with Presales and OEM teams for workshops, assessments, POCs and solution development

× Solid understanding of revenue, gross margin, costing, TCO, discounting, payment terms and deal profitability

× Ability to manage opportunities from discovery through commercial negotiation, PO closure and collections

× Strong CRM, pipeline management and forecasting discipline

Relevant Cyber Security Exposure: EDR/XDR/MDR, SIEM/SOC/SOAR, NGFW, SASE/SSE, Zero Trust, NAC, DLP, DSPM, CSPM/CNAPP, IAM/PAM, Email Security, VAPT and Managed Security Services.
