- Provide Back-Office support for Title Company and provide Title Search and Commitment report to the client
- Ability to perform Title Search on Title plants such as Data Trace, Redvision, Tapestry and Netronline
- Ability to read search documents and paraphrase/align title and other title commitment related matters
- Work with closing coordinators to revise Title Commitments as needed
- Review residential / commercial title search materials and create title reports and commitments based on Title Search information
- Manage and maintain assigned title files in compliance with process guidelines
- Maintain solid team alliance / ability to work with co-workers to meet and achieve team and department goals
- Should be capable of producing error free work consistently
- Ability to discern matters that require escalation to a supervisor
- Timely completion of all work assignments and projects

Qualifications:

- The ideal candidature will need to have minimum 3+ years of US Residential / Commercial Title Search and Examination experience in a multi-state fast paced high volume work environment
- The candidate should have good verbal and written
