Role Overview

- Lead multi-city technical skilling initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end program implementation and impact measurement.
- Collaborate with academic and industry partners.
- Manage teams and ensure high-quality delivery of FutureTech programs.
- Empower thousands of learners with future-ready technology skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Implementation & Strategy

- Plan, roll out, and manage AI, ML, Full Stack, Cybersecurity, and related FutureTech skilling programs.
- Align program goals with organizational vision and local requirements.
- Integrate FutureTech modules into college curricula, faculty development, and student projects.

2. Facilitation & Training

- Conduct or oversee training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps.
- Organize hackathons, ideathons, mentoring meetups, and industry interactions.
- Mentor trainers to ensure effective delivery across online, hybrid, and classroom formats.

3. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

- Build solid relationships with colleges, institutes, CSR teams, industry mentors, and government stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at events, conferences, and partner forums.
- Onboard guest speakers, tech experts, and partner organizations.

4. Content Development & Engagement

- Guide creation of learning resources, toolkits, and digital content.
- Keep program content aligned with industry trends and practical applications.




- Drive learner engagement through interactive, project-based learning.

5. Monitoring, Reporting & Impact Measurement

- Develop systems to track reach, participation, and learning outcomes.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and case studies to showcase impact.
- Use data and feedback to optimize program delivery.

6. Team Management & Coordination

- Lead and mentor trainers, associates, and facilitators across cities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations and reporting.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality and budget standards.

7. On-ground Support & Travel

- Travel across project sites for monitoring, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support onboarding and capacity building of institutional staff for sustainability.

Mandatory Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Education, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in program management, facilitation, or technical skilling.
- Strong understanding of AI, ML, Full Stack Development, and Cybersecurity.
- Proven track record in stakeholder collaboration and team leadership.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in reporting, monitoring, and documentation.
- Willingness to travel.
