Role Overview

- Support outreach and candidate enrolment for Skill Development Centres under CSR initiatives.
- Engage directly with communities to mobilize and counsel youth.
- Ensure effective enrolment and retention in placement-linked programs for BFSI & Account Assistant domains.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outreach & Mobilization

- Conduct field visits to communities, colleges, and job fairs to mobilize candidates.
- Build rapport with local stakeholders, NGOs, and influencers.
- Support in organizing orientation and enrolment sessions.

2. Counselling & Engagement

- Counsel youth and their families on training and placement opportunities.
- Address queries and motivate candidates for program participation.
- Track candidate attendance and support retention during training.

3. Documentation & Reporting





- Maintain mobilization and outreach records in the prescribed format.
- Share regular reports and feedback with project leads and MIS teams.
- Assist in organizing job drives and employer engagement events.

Mandatory Qualification & Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in mobilization, counselling, or outreach activities.
- Prior experience in skill development, education, or community work preferred.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and community interactions.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Graduate in Social Work, Education, or a relevant stream.
- Proficiency in the local language (Gujarati) is essential.
