About The Position

The Associate Manager Higher Education and AI will support strategic planning and execution of AI-enabled initiatives in higher education. The role involves coordinating with academic institutions, implementing AI-driven educational solutions, and fostering innovation within the education sector.

Responsibilities

- Program Management: Lead development and execution of AI-based educational programs, collaborate with institutions to integrate AI into curricula, monitor outcomes, and prepare progress reports.
- Research & Analysis: Stay updated with AI advancements, conduct research on best practices, and generate insights to improve educational programs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain partnerships with universities, research institutes, and edtech companies; organize workshops and training sessions; act as liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Execution: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; ensure projects are completed within scope; report on performance.
- Training & Capacity Building:



Facilitate AI tool training for educators and staff; develop educational resources and modules.
- Communication & Reporting: Present updates to senior management; draft proposals and concept notes; maintain documentation for stakeholders.

Mandatory Qualification & Experience

- Bachelors or Masters in Education, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- 2–3 years in education management or AI-related projects.
- Solid understanding of AI applications in higher education.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Python, R, or similar).

Preferred Skills

- Experience with academic institutions and AI research projects.
- Knowledge of emerging AI technologies for education.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital education tools.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
