Key Responsibilities:
Sales Targets
- Achieving sales targets.
Customer Satisfaction
- Understanding customer requirements and conveying relevant feedback to the Company.
- Creating and maintaining ambience in the stores to improve customer experience.
Showroom Administration
- Understanding of Infor system to be used for order booking.
- Order booking and coordinating with commercial for execution.
- Coordinating with product supply and service teams.
- Assisting the store manager in statutory compliance management.
