Key Result Areas

1. Managing the E-commerce Platform

- Achievement of expected NBS from preferred partners on a monthly basis (Clicktech / Retail EZ / Alfa)
- Maintaining market hygiene: MRP & MOP
- Working capital management:
- Timely collection of payment and account reconciliation

2. Product Segment Wise Campaign Creation

- Developing targeted AMS (Amazon Management Services) campaigns for key product segments
- Identifying and segmenting key product offerings to target specific customer groups
- Developing distinct AMS campaigns for each product segment to maximize relevance and impact
- Crafting compelling ad copy and creative assets tailored to each product segment and campaign objective
- Assigning budget to each campaign to ensure effective resource allocation and ROI optimization

3. Customer Centricity

- Ensuring customer centricity through continuous improvement of RSI scores
- Reviewing monthly RSI scores to identify areas of strength and weakness




- Identifying key action items to address gaps and improve customer satisfaction
- Executing changes to processes, products, or services to enhance customer experience
- Monitoring and analyzing the impact of changes on RSI scores and customer satisfaction

4. Monitoring and Improving ROAS of Marketing Investment

- Tracking and monitoring ROAS
- Analyzing data and optimizing campaigns
- Reallocating budget to top-performing campaigns
- Reviewing ROAS performance and planning strategically

5. Organizational Imperatives

- People Development:
- Fostering the growth and development of team members and subordinates
- Process Adherence & Compliance:
- Providing active support to all company-wide processes and initiatives such as Safety, Business Excellence, CII Clusters, IMS, etc.
- Preparing risk mitigation plans for identified risks
- Internal statutory audits and closures of audit findings on time
- L3 process improvement initiatives
