Job Description:

The incumbent would be responsible for the following:

- Stock Accuracy and Inventory Control & reduction. - Ensuring proper material receipt, issue, and maintain 100% stock accuracy in warehouse. - Stock taking as per stock calendar - Standardization of RM packing after discussion with CFT (Cross Functional Team) - Working on inventory reduction as per ABP (Annual Business Plan). - Maintain Stock accuracy, reduction of RM and ITR (Invoice to be Received).
- Efficiency in material issuing, receiving and Storage - Improving efficiency on material retrieving, staging and handover to user departments. - Supervision on material handling and storage as per plan. - TOG (Top of green) maintenance at stores. - Daily review of Inventory BPR (Buffer Penetration Report) as per TOC (Theory of Constrain)

- Maintain MIS -Prepare MIS (Management Information Systems) on report for Inventory and other required data. -Inventory value tracker -Department wise issue data -Daily invoice tracker and issue tracker -Materials Ageing analysis (Runner, Repeater & Laggards)
- Inventory reconciliation & PIC -Daily PIC (Perpetual Inventory Count).and monthly stock audit and reconciliation based on RM class and movement. -Production review with planning, purchase, and manufacturing department. - Maintain proper legal document. -Scrap disposal and rejection removal as per approval. -Prepare documentation of IMS (Integrated Management System) audit. -Planning RM on daily basis.
- Organizational initiatives -Actively participating and originating Kaizens -Actively involving in Business Excellence initiatives -Adhere to Compliance and Secure Working Environment
