Job Profile:

The incumbent would be responsible for the following:

Customer Satisfaction

- Performing fatigue analysis and modal analysis to ensure the durability and reliability of designs

- Preparing detailed technical reports and documentation of analysis results

- Providing technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members.



Stay updated with the latest advancements in FEA tools and techniques

Competitive edge

- Conducting linear and non-linear structural analysis to evaluate the performance of components and assemblies

- Analyzing various load cases applicable to automotive, off-road, and construction equipment

- Developing and validating shell and solid models for structural analysis

Cost reduction

- Performing Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using Hyperworks tools HyperMesh, OptiStruct, HyperWorks Motion

- Collaborating with design and engineering teams to optimize designs based on FEA results

Organizational Imperatives

- Actively participating and originating Kaizens

- Actively involving in Business Excellence initiatives

- Adhere to Compliance and Safe Working Environment

Special Skills Required:

- Essential:
- Proficiency in HyperMesh, OptiStruct, and HyperWorks Motion.
- Solid knowledge of shell and solid meshing techniques.
- Experience in linear and nonlinear structural analysis.
- Familiarity with load cases in automotive, off-road, and construction equipment industries.
- Experience in fatigue analysis and modal analysis.
- Working knowledge of PTC (Parametric Technologies Corporation) Creo is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred:

- Knowledge PTC Creo
- Knowledge of Windchill PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
