Job Description:

1. Design standardization for all new stores & existing stores

- Liaising with designers, senior management to develop Exterior design

- Ensuring in store design standardization of specs with inputs from Civil department, Electrical Department and Lighting Department

2. Evolving standardization across formats

- Creating new store design concept and guidelines for mega store, medium store & boutique store

- Creating product selection guidelines, Merchandising design language and Store upkeep guidelines

3. Manage smooth execution of work on site for recent stores and old stores both

- Creating guidelines for all aspects of renovation of existing stores as per different store formats





- Sharing interior specification with contractors and evaluating vendor quotes and finalize budget

4. Visual Merchandiser themes

- Preparing VM themes in sync with brand guidelines

- Preparing VM principles, policies, guidelines and share the same with zonal VMs

5. Standard guidelines for interiors for Branch Town Franchisees, Non Branch Town Franchisees and large Wholesale Dealers

- Coordinating with A&SP; team and zonal VM for branding and execution

- Planning and operationalizing all stores within the targeted time frame

- Developing a list of interior specifications based on standard guidelines developed updating the same if/when models of fixtures/items are discontinued

Must be proficient in Adobe, Autocad, coral draw.
