Job Description:

This position is for a person with an interest and inclination towards project management. The incumbent would be responsible for the following:

A. Project Execution and Monitoring:

- Ensure product installation on time as per plan.
- Daily manpower planning and site logistics management.
- Preparing Gantt Chart for project execution visibility, monitoring, and tracking the progress.
- Coordination for multi-floor parallel execution within the site campus.
- Closing all snag points and issues with the customer/PMC to their satisfaction.
- Product complaint reporting to Quality and product supply team.

B. Cost and Working Capital Management for Projects:

- Cost control as per allotted budget for the project.
- Contractor / ASP Bill verification and processing.





C. Report Preparation and Sharing with Internal and External Stakeholders:

- Preparation of daily site report and update as per plan.
- Sharing reports like site progress status, change request forms, deviation report to internal and external stakeholders.
- Reporting of all product feedback on the system for CAPA by the product supply team.
- Attending site meetings and addressing all customer concerns during meetings.
- Collecting and verifying daily service reports from site supervisors / ASP / Contractors.

D. Knowledge Management and Infrastructure Readiness for Project Execution:

- Understanding of product assembly guidelines and site priorities.
- Motivating technicians team for timely and positive quality installation.
- Conducting toolbox talks with technicians for site updates and guidance on daily activities.
