FP&A; Team generate detailed Business profitability, capital computations and various reports for Business teams including RAROC and monitoring profitability metrics of the Bank at granular level. Dedicated Business Finance teams to work with Business teams to drive organizational level objectives.
Role

Key Responsibilities

1. Work data management and reconciliation processes to ensure data completeness and accuracy.

2. Ensuring the monthly processes are executed in timely and effective manner.

3. Ensure that processes are complied with the underlying framework FTP / Capital reporting [RBI guidelines].

4. Understanding of RBI guidelines relating to Basel III.

5. Manage the internal customer relationship through effective communication.

6. Preparing presentation and MIS, etc. and experience in MS excel, SQL, Tableau.





7. Preparing data requirement related to RBI, Statutory auditors and internal auditors in accurate and timely manner.

8. Ensure that proper checks and balances are applied in all activities.

9. Improvement in current process and streamline processes.

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

Chartered Accountant / Post graduation/ Graduation from a recognized institute

MBA from recognized institute

Detailed understanding of Banking Company Businesses.

Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
