Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions and resolve queries effectively.
- Provide accurate and timely customer support.
- Maintain service quality and process accuracy.
- Handle high-volume calls and multitask efficiently.
- Follow process guidelines and customer service standards.
Eligibility
- HSC / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare Customer Service.
- Medical Billing experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
