We work with brands across multiple industries and are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can translate marketing ideas into visually compelling designs that not only look good but also communicate effectively and drive results.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for our clients and internal brands. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing, Social Media, and Content teams to develop creatives for social media, advertising campaigns, branding, and other digital marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms .
- Create social media posts, carousels, promotional creatives, banners, and campaign assets.
- Develop creative concepts based on client requirements, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to create conversion-focused advertising creatives .
- Adapt designs into different formats and sizes required for various platforms.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colours, imagery, and overall visual language.
- Research design trends, competitor creatives, and advertising trends to develop fresh concepts.
- Collaborate with the Social Media and Content teams for monthly content requirements.
- Handle multiple brands and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.




- Make design revisions based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
- Maintain organised and editable source files for all completed projects.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Solid proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator .
- Good understanding of social media design and digital advertising creatives.
- Strong knowledge of typography, colour theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create designs that communicate a message clearly and effectively.
- Good understanding of different social media formats and advertising dimensions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Ability to understand a brief and translate it into a strong visual concept.

Good to Have
- Knowledge of Figma, Canva, After Effects, or Premiere Pro .
- Experience designing creatives specifically for paid advertising.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused design.
- Experience working with a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Motion graphics or basic animation skills.
