We are seeking a Program Manager/Scrum Master to lead and mentor agile teams, ensuring the effective adoption of Scrum practices. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Teams, and Stakeholders to enhance team collaboration, drive delivery excellence, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Your focus will be on coaching teams, optimizing agile processes, and enabling high quality product delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

/n

- Facilitate Scrum Practices: Lead daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.

/n

- Mentor and train team members in Agile methodologies and Scrum best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

/n

- Coordinate cross-project activities, resources, and dependencies.

/n

- Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

/n





- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

/n

- Ensure program and project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

/n

- Identify and assess risks associated with the program and develop mitigation strategies.

/n

- Oversee resource planning across multiple projects.

/n

- Ensure that resources are effectively allocated and utilized.

/n

- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates, solicit feedback, and resolve issues.

/n

- Ability to influence, communicate effective plans, and build trust among cross-functional engineering teams and leaders.

/n

- Prepare and deliver presentations on program status and milestones to Leadership.

/n

Mandatory Skills:

/n

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.

/n

- 5 - 7 years of experience in IT industry.

/n

- Development Background would be a big plus.

/n

- Certified Scrum Master with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience.

/n

- Very good understanding of Business as well as technical terminologies.

/n

- Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

/n

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

/n

- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

/n

- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships.

/n

- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.

/n

- Proficiency in project management tools and software like JIRA, Azure Dev Ops .. etc

/n

- A Problem-Solving mindset and ability to work in matrixed organization.
