About the Role :

As a Fashion Consultant, you will shape how customers experience Vraj:bhoomi.

You'll understand what a customer is looking for, help them discover the right products, and guide their decisions with clarity and care.

This is more than a conventional sales role. It's about creating an experience where customers feel understood, not sold to.

What You'll Do

- Understand customer needs and recommend products thoughtfully.
- Create a warm and premium experience in the studio and through online interactions.
- Handle customer calls, messages, emails, feedback, and service requests.
- Build meaningful customer relationships beyond individual transactions.
- Maintain the studio and ensure it reflects the Vraj:bhoomi experience.
- Coordinate billing, orders, and customer requirements with internal teams.
- Maintain customer records, POS updates, and basic inventory information.




- Take ownership of customer concerns and see them through to resolution.

- Recommendations reflect robust product knowledge and good judgement.
