We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounts, Tax Compliance & Audit Executive to join our Chartered Accountancy firm. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of accounting, taxation compliances, and audit assignments, with the ability to independently manage client work and statutory deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Tax & Compliance

- Handling GST compliance, including:
- Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns, Reconciliation, etc.)
- GST data reconciliation and compliance review
- Assistance in GST notices, assessments, and related compliance matters
- Managing TDS compliance, including:
- TDS calculation, deduction, deposit, and return filing
- Preparation and issuance of TDS certificates
- TDS reconciliation and compliance monitoring

Accounting & Finalization

- Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally / accounting software
- Bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliation
- Preparation of MIS reports and financial schedules
- Finalization of books of accounts
- Preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and supporting schedules
- Coordination for audit documentation and client compliance requirements

Audit Assignments

- Conducting Stock Audits for bank / finance clients
- Assisting in and independently handling Internal Audit assignments
- Conducting Concurrent Audit of Bank Branches
- Verification of financial records, stock statements, loan documentation, and internal controls




- Preparation of audit reports, observations, and compliance reports

Other Responsibilities

- Regular follow-up with clients for documentation and compliance submissions
- Coordination with team members and management for assignment completion within deadlines
- Handling routine statutory compliance and finance-related assignments as required

Candidate Requirements:

- Robust practical knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting up to finalization, and audit procedures
- Experience in Stock Audit / Internal Audit / Bank Concurrent Audit will be preferred
- Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST Portal, Income Tax Portal, banking documentation, and audit reporting
- Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to independently manage assignments and meet deadlines

Qualification:

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA / Semi-qualified CA / Relevant Commerce Background

Experience:

- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience (preferably in CA firm / audit firm)

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
