Senior Sales Manager – Real Estate

Location: Vapi
Experience: Minimum 7 Years
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for residential and commercial projects.
- Generate new leads through market visits, networking, references, and other channels.
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports and track team performance.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.

Candidate Requirements





- Minimum 7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Vapi and surrounding real estate market preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Solid team-handling and client-management abilities.
- Candidates from residential/commercial real estate backgrounds preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

- B2B sales: 5 years (Preferred)
- Real estate : 5 years (Preferred)
