We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Tele caller to join our School Head Office team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make calls to parents regarding student feedback and follow-ups.
- Handle admission enquiry and follow-up calls.
- Make calls to parents regarding pending fee payments and due-date reminders.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, and follow-ups.
- Update remarks and call details regularly in Excel/Spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with the concerned school departments whenever required.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with parents.

Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is required.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel/Spreadsheets.
- Ability to maintain and update records accurately.
- Comfortable speaking with parents over the phone.

Preferred Candidate

A confident, polite, organized, and target-oriented individual with good telephone etiquette and the ability to handle parent communication professionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
