About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Visa Executive to manage student visa applications and ensure smooth, accurate and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end student visa documentation and applications.
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
- Guide students on visa requirements and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with students, counsellors and universities for pending requirements.
- Prepare and submit visa applications within timelines.
- Track applications, visa decisions and additional document requests.
- Assist with visa interview preparation, where required.
- Stay updated on visa rules and documentation requirements.




- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of student information.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in student visa processing / overseas education / immigration.
- Good knowledge of visa documentation and application procedures.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
- Experience with UK, Australia, Canada, USA or Europe will be an advantage.
