We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Tester to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software testing and a robust interest in identifying issues and improving product quality. This role is a great opportunity for freshers to begin their career in Quality Assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Software Testing
- Test web and mobile applications to identify bugs and usability issues.
- Create and execute test cases based on project requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, and basic compatibility testing.
- Verify fixes and ensure issues are properly resolved.
- Document bugs with clear steps to reproduce them.
Quality Assurance
- Identify inconsistencies and potential problems before product release.
- Ensure applications meet defined quality and functional requirements.
- Perform testing across different browsers and devices.
- Maintain accurate testing documentation and reports.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers.
- Participate in testing discussions and project meetings.
- Communicate bugs and issues clearly with the development team.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts.
- Knowledge of manual testing and test case creation.
- Familiarity with SDLC and STLC is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of web applications and browsers.
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new testing tools and technologies.
