We're looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive to own our entire accounts function, based in Mumbai (Ghatkopar West). You'll be the only person in accounts, working directly with the founder/director, and you'll have a seat at the table in leadership meetings - this is a rare chance for someone early in their career to run a real department, not just support one.
What you'll do:
Keep our books and bookkeeping updated on a regular basis
Prepare and share financial reports with leadership
Raise and send invoices to clients
Follow up with clients on pending payments
Process and send invoices to our vendors
Handle salary releases and other payroll-related payments
Support financial decision-making across all of our products and business lines
Who we're looking for:
Some experience in accounting/bookkeeping (working knowledge of Tally, Excel, or similar tools)
Comfortable owning a function independently, without heavy supervision
Trustworthy and detail-oriented - you'll be handling sensitive financial information
Positive communication skills for following up with clients and vendors
Willing to sit in on leadership discussions and contribute your perspective
