Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance of UPS, inverter, solar, battery, lithium battery and other electrical/electronic products with applicable regulatory and industry standards.
- Coordinate with testing laboratories, certification agencies, consultants and regulatory authorities for product testing and certification.
- Maintain and update compliance documentation, certificates, test reports, declarations and technical files.
- Track applicable standards and regulatory requirements and communicate changes to relevant internal teams.
- Coordinate for certifications such as BIS, IEC, CE, RoHS, EMC, safety and other applicable product certifications, as required.
- Support the preparation and submission of documents required for BIS / regulatory approvals / product registrations.
- Ensure timely renewal and validity tracking of licenses, certificates, approvals and registrations.
- Work closely with R&D;, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing,



Procurement and Product teams to ensure compliance requirements are incorporated into products.
- Review product specifications, BOMs, technical documents and test reports from a compliance perspective.
- Coordinate product samples and documentation required for testing and certification.
- Maintain a centralized compliance tracker for certifications, renewals, testing schedules and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits related to product and statutory compliance.
- Identify compliance gaps and coordinate with concerned departments for corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain proper records of regulatory correspondence, approvals, certificates and audit observations.
- Assist in preparing compliance reports and MIS for management review.
- Ensure compliance-related activities are completed within defined timelines.
