Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned IT Manager to build and lead our technology infrastructure during this critical phase of digital transformation. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in IT infrastructure development, server and cloud management, cybersecurity, data security, and system integration—especially in high-compliance environments like healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure for medical project environments

-Manage internal IT team and liaise with external software/hardware vendors

-Oversee data security, access control, and disaster recovery for sensitive medical and operational data

-Lead the integration of project planning and management software with centralized servers and cloud platforms

-Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA-equivalent for India), data protection laws, and standard IT protocols

-Plan, monitor, and control IT budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts

-Develop and enforce cybersecurity strategies and cloud adoption roadmaps

-Support cross-functional teams with IT solutions to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

-Minimum 10 years of qualified IT experience, including 5 years in a leadership/managerial role





-Hands-on expertise in server setup, cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), network security, and project software integration

-Familiarity with medical data standards, digital health systems, or healthcare-related IT deployments is a plus

-Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

-Experience in large-scale healthcare infrastructure projects

-Exposure to ERP/CRM systems, VMware, NAS/SAN storage, and automated backup systems

-Understanding of ITIL practices and ISO/IEC 27001 standards

-Capable of setting up multi-site IT systems and secure remote accessJob Title: IT Manager
