POSITION : EXECUTIVE
REPORTING TO : BILLING MANAGER
QUALIFICATION : GRADUATION / POST GRADUATION IN COMMERCE
EXPERIENCE : 1 YEAR OR MORE
DRESS CODE : SPECIFIED DRESS CODE WITH I.D. CARD
DUTY HOURS : AS PER SCHEDULED REQUIREMENTS
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key areas of responsibility:
1. To prepare the bill of discharged patient.
2. To maintain all credit card charge slip before discharge is prepared.
3. To do the preparation of all the documents for patients before discharge.
4. To do the accurate deposition of cash in the Accounts Department.
5.
To do the appropriate documentation of all discharge bills.
6. To follow the proper order of documents of patient for reimbursement of payment.
7. To enter charge slip in the software & other related documents.
8. To do the billing as per the estimate provided to the patients according to the treatment advised in by Branch Manager.
9. To do the departmental documentation in proper way.
10. To treat all communication about patients, staff, and other organizational business confidentially.
11. To be involved in quality Assurance / Quality control activities.
12. To perform all the jobs as may be assigned due to exigencies of work.
13. Participation in Continuous Quality Improvement.
