Key Responsibilities

- Manage the brand's social media platforms and overall content calendar.
- Plan and execute social media content, campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the content, design, and marketing teams for timely execution.
- Stay updated with social media trends and identify current content opportunities.
- Manage influencer and UGC collaborations, including outreach, coordination, and deliverables.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports with key insights.
- Analyse content performance and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement.
- Manage comments, DMs, and community interactions while maintaining the brand's tone and image.
- Monitor competitor activity and relevant industry trends.

Skills Required

- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management or a similar role.




- Strong understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Experience in content planning, social media campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational and multitasking skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following will be an added advantage:

- D2C or B2C brands
- E-commerce businesses
- Jewellery, fashion, beauty, luxury, or lifestyle brands
- Marketing or advertising agencies
- Digital marketing agencies

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
