HIRING - Reservation Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Handle room reservations through phone calls, emails, online portals, and travel agents.
- Enter and update reservations accurately in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Confirm, modify, or cancel bookings as per guest requests.
- Ensure room availability and optimize room inventory.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping regarding room status and guest requirements.
- Maintain reservation records and guest profiles accurately.
- Process group bookings, corporate bookings, and travel agent reservations.
- Follow up on booking enquiries and convert them into confirmed reservations.
- Ensure correct room rates, packages, and billing instructions are updated.
- Prepare daily arrival, departure, and occupancy reports.
- Handle guest queries and special requests professionally.
- Monitor online booking channels and maintain rate parity.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies, SOPs, and reservation procedures.
- Assist in achieving occupancy and revenue targets.





Skills & Competencies

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of PMS software and reservation systems.
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of revenue management and room inventory control.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Reservations or Front Office in a hotel industry.
- Knowledge of PMS software is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
