We are looking for a confident and fluent Telecaller Executive with excellent English communication skills to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and support business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond professionally to customer queries.
- Follow up with leads through calls and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain call records, lead status, and daily calling reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into business.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build positive relationships with prospects through professional communication.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Good listening and convincing abilities.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers with solid English communication skills can also apply.
