What You'll Own

- End-to-end marketing strategy: Build and drive brand, growth, and performance marketing initiatives that directly impact revenue and market presence.-
- Positioning & GTM: Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for recent features, offerings, and market expansions.
- Demand generation & pipeline: Lead demand-gen programs in close partnership with Sales to accelerate qualified pipeline growth.
- Team building: Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team as EnterpriseKart grows.
- Budget & ROI: Own the marketing budget, reporting cadence, and ROI metric with direct visibility to leadership.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience scaling marketing for a B2B or marketplace business (ideally in tech/SaaS).




- Strong command of digital marketing, content strategy, and growth analytics.- A builder's mindset comfortable operating in ambiguity with high ownership and bias for action.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate across Sales, Product, and Leadership.
- Track record of building and mentoring teams in a fast-paced startup environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
