Job Description – MEP Coordinator

Position: MEP Coordinator
Department: Project / Engineering
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Civil
Location: Pune

Job Summary

We are looking for an MEP Coordinator to coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC works at project sites. The candidate will ensure proper coordination between different teams, consultants, contractors, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate MEP services with project, design, site, and contractor teams.
- Review MEP drawings, layouts, shop drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other MEP services.
- Identify and resolve site coordination issues and clashes.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor MEP work progress as per project schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, coordination reports, and progress updates.
- Attend project coordination meetings and discuss technical issues.




- Follow up on material requirements and delivery with the Purchase team.
- Ensure proper quality and safety standards are followed at site.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Track pending works and ensure timely closure.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MEP/HVAC systems and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand MEP drawings.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and site management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and contractors.

- Timely completion of MEP works.
- Effective coordination between departments and contractors.
- Reduction of site clashes and rework.
- Quality of MEP installation.
- Timely resolution of technical/site issues.
- Proper documentation and reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
