We are looking for an Accounts Cum Purchase Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities and purchase operations, ensuring accurate records, timely transactions, and smooth coordination with vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting entries, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Handle purchase-related activities including Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, orders, bills, and payments.
- Verify purchase bills and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and routine accounting activities.
- Maintain purchase and stock-related records.
- Coordinate with departments to understand and fulfil purchase requirements.
- Ensure timely processing of bills and purchase documents.
- Support basic GST and statutory documentation.
- Maintain proper filing of accounts and purchase records.
- Prepare basic reports related to accounts and purchases.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and purchase processes.
- Working knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST and invoice processing.
- Good vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Purchase.
- Should be responsible, organised, and willing to travel locally whenever requi
